The Choir of the Bethel Presbyterian/Reformed Church is as old as the Church itself because it was formed and began performing right from its inception. Under the tutelage of distinguished church musicians including Mr. (now Rev.) Ebenezer Aduku and Mr. Bright Amankwah at different periods over the years, it has grown from strength to strength and lived up to it basic responsibility of leading singing during all Church Services every single Sunday till now.

It has also represented the Church successfully and proudly in music programs at different Churches and other Ecumenical and social functions. In March 2005, the choir was blessed with the 1st full time Director of Music for the Church – Mr. J. Ekow Ortsin- who, not only carried on from where his predecessors left off, but also propelled the Choir to its present enviable standards among the Ghanaian Presbyterian Church Choirs Union – North America.

Notable among our achievements is the successful recording and production in 2010 of “DWANE” – an audio CD production which is the very first by a Ghanaian Presbyterian Church in the whole of North America! To God be the Glory! At the moment the total membership is 16 including only one male because the rest abandoned ship at one point or the other for various reasons.

As we thank God for all His Mercies and favor in permitting mortals like us to sing in His Temple, we also pray that He causes men with music talents in the Church to respond to the call and join us to continue to Sing His Praises!!
